Based on the true story of young women in the 1920s who worked in factories painting watch dials with radium-based paint.

As the women began to fall ill from radium poisoning, they fought for justice against their employers who initially denied the dangers of radium and tried to cover up the situation.

The play highlights the women's fight for compensation and the establishment of worker safety guidelines.
